Accessibility

There are two entrances at 821 Burdett Avenue- a commercial entrance (North) and a residential entrance (South). There are two-three stairs at the Burdett (commercial) entrance. If you use a mobility aid, please proceed to the residential (South) entrance where I can come meet you or buzz you in. To the right, there is an elevator to the third floor. It is worth noting that the slope at the South/residential entrance is quite steep. I am more than happy to come support should it prove to be too steep for your mobility aid.

Additionally, neither door is automated, so I am happy to come open them if need be.

Parking

There are a couple parking options for your in-person sessions at the Burdett Avenue office. There is paid street parking nearby and the Broughton Street Parkade (at 745 Broughton - close to the library) is about a 6-8 minute walk from the office . There may also be some free two hour street parking near Quadra and Burdett.
